Alright, so a few people have asked for me to have a little about myself on this site. Now honestly nothing against myspace, but I am just not that kind of guy. I like to keep some things sacred, thats just me. I guess though it wouldn't hurt to give you a cliff notes version of a little of my background and some things I love. So basically, I have always been into cameras, ever since I can remember I was drawn to them. At the wee age of 10 in 1996 I saved my money to buy a little Vivitar snap and go camera, I believe it was $25, no zoom, no special anything. That year I took a picture of the Lime Kiln Lighthouse on San Juan Island with that little Vivitar, I entered that picture in a contest that summer in a 15 and under age group and won 1st place in landscapes. From there I upgraded a few times, 1st to a Minolta snap and go (this time with a zoom), than to a Minolta Maxxum 35mm SLR, through those years I entered the same contest every year, I won best of my division twice. After I graduated in 04' I received a Minolta Dimage as a gift and that was my first digital, a year later I bought the newer version of the Dimage and than finally started my business Mountain Sun Photography. Since than a few people around the area saw my site and my photos and decided they would have me design their sites, I found out I enjoyed this also, so I than started Mountain Sun Photography and Design last year. That is pretty well the story for my business.
As for a little just about me, I recently bought a little Sony Handycam, it is very simple, but I have gotten way over my money's worth with it. In the future I would love to get more involved with film, I would love to learn a little more in directing and editing, but that is the future. Other than that I am obsessed with music, my iPod is my best friend, kind of sad yes, but at least I have one. I couldn't possibly list all the music I love, but some of my favorites are, Green Day, Coldplay, The Fratellis, Maroon 5, Dashboard Confessional, MUSE, and Franz Ferdinand. I am a huge James Bond fanatic, Casino Royale being my favorite, I also love Oceans 11, 12 and 13. I am also a sports enthusiast, soccer, hockey, boxing, skiing, pretty much every sport you can find in the Olympics both summer and winter, in fact I have been know to almost never leave the house come Olympic time for the whole time they are on. As for myself, I love to play soccer and hockey, but mostly go for the solo sports like mt. biking, skiing, kayaking, and as crazy as it sounds I LOVE badminton. Alright, so thats all everyone gets!
